When I finish my Saratoga top project I saw my latches on bad conditions and I tried to find a new or good used ones, after that I start to review the part and finally decide to made a mould to recovered with rubber the latch.

To start I got one latch on good conditions, with clay I refinish the surface and made the mould. with other latch on bad conditions we removed all the old rubber, clean the surface and prepare to apply fresh rubber, remove the excess and clean.
